Before we can exercise ”BUY NOW” option or to “BID” for a car for you, you will need to place a deposit with us 15% of maximum bidding amount of your choice or Buy It Now Price (whenever applicable) . Minimum deposit amount is $500. If you are a frequent buyer and have an account set up with us then you may put a given amount (Security Amount) as a security deposit or issue an unconditional irrevocable bank guarantee/ Standby Letter of Credit in our favor. Then you will be able to BID/BUY NOW for 10 times towards that Security Amount. For example, if your Security Amount is $5,000 then you will be able to BID/BUY NOW for up to $50,000 at a given moment of time during the period covered by that Security Amount.
We require deposit to ensure that you are committing to your “BID” or “BUY NOW”. Deposit will be used to cover any and all expenses which will occur if for ANY reason you refuse to pay off the due amount for the car after it has been purchased by winning BID or at BUY NOW price. Such expenses will include also auction and dealer fees, any finance fees and interests if we would have to finance the car before we can sell it back in the auction or in other markets. You can make a deposit in the bank directly to our bank account or our Agent’s bank account as the case may be or you have the option to make a bank wire transfer. You can request our bank wire instructions by email(email@example.com). All banking charges are for Buyer’s account (you).
Please include your name/your dealer/your company name and your account number with us, if any, so we could properly credit your account.
If your “BID” or “BUY NOW” was not successful, your deposit can be used towards the next “BID / BUY NOW” or can be refunded to you upon your request.
All bank wire transfers will be refunded upon your request by e-mail to (firstname.lastname@example.org). Transfer time for the bank wire transfer is 3-4 business days. Please note we will deduct a bank wire fees of no more than $50 per refund if made by bank wire transfer. All credit card transactions will be refunded within 3 business days upon request of the customer. Please note we will deduct 4% of the amount as a refund transaction fee for every credit card refund. Any amounts/fees due to us at the time of refund request will be deducted from such Refunds.

Buying a Car from other sources (private sellers and US car dealers):
You will need to transfer all amounts including all fees in relation with the car buy transaction to our account so that we can control the financial part of the transaction and ensure everything goes smoothly verifying the identity of the sellers by available means and ensuring it is safe to transfer the funds to the seller.

All payments must be received no later than 3 days after the sale date.US Dollars are the only acceptable currency for payments.
Full payments for successful purchases must be sent by a bank wire transfer. Transportation and our fees can be paid by major credit cards. 3% merchant fee must be added to the payment.
Buyer will be obligated to pay any expenses in case the buyer is late for the payments; for example auction late fees, storage fees, etc.
Some Customers will be offered the opportunity to use our flooring line. By accepting this exclusive opportunity the buyer will be required to pay us 35% of the vehicle price. After receiving the required payment we will keep your vehicle in our warehouse until you pay off the full amount of the vehicle price no longer than within 2 months. If the buyer does not make the full payment for the vehicle within 2 months, we will sell it in the auctions or in other markets. In this case all the accrued expenses and damages will be charged towards the deposit. The remaining amount of that deposit minus bank fees and $100 default fee will be refunded to the buyer. If the deposit is not enough for covering all the accrued expenses and damages then the buyer is obligated to pay us the outstanding remaining balance.
5 Step: Transportation and Shipping-fr
As soon as your full payment for the purchased vehicle cleared on our bank account, we will start the shipping process. Your car will be picked up and delivered to one of the exit ports in USA.You can request additional pictures of your car from the port.
We will handle all of the documentation in USA. Original title will be sent to USA or Canada Customs, cleared and will be sent to you by express courier mail services (DHL, FEDEX or TNT). You will be notified about the date of the arrival, by email or a phone call.
You will need to have your Identification and Original Title with you when receiving the car in your home port.
